Shaking table is a kind of mineral processing equipment of fine materials according to weight. It is widely used for distilling tungsten, tin, molybdenum, aluminum, zinc, other rare metal and noble metal ore, and it is also applicable for distilling iron, manganese and coal.
           The rocking bed has the advantages of high enrichment grade, high separation efficiency, easy operation, convenient adjustment, and it can distill the final concentrate and gangue in one step.
           Shaking table developed from the original straight bed from single-bed shaker and double-wave bed with continuous innovation.The capacity of shaking table and recovery rate has increased significantly.Here we would like to tell you some methods about how to operate the shaking table
           1.We should pay more attention to the separating and interception of material on the bed surface.The separating of the material on the bed surface is very obvious when the operating condition is appropriate.Final products could be separated into 2 to 4 types according to the required targets.We should adjust the position according to the actual situation. 
           2.In addition,we should match the horizontal transverse gradient with the size of the water,thus it could have a good sorting result. 
           3.The size of the rinsing water must be appropriate,including mineral water and washing water.The rinsing water should be distributed on the bed surface uniformly. Ore grade of rinsing water increased,but the recovery rate decreased. Generally coarse-grained materials or selection process, the rinse water to be bigger. 
           4.Density of the ore must be appropriate.We should provide the shaking table with sufficient fluidity about the ore density. General speaking, the ore concentration of coarse sand is 20% to 30% and mineral concentration of fine grain size is 15% to 25%. 
          5.The value of washing timesis related to the particle size,shaking table load and ore density.We should use he large stroke and washing time for selection of greater density of the material.
